Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nawaem. Our Return Policy is designed in accordance with Bahrain’s consumer protection laws and with your convenience in mind. Below is an overview of our return and exchange guidelines:


  • Defective or Incorrect Items (15-Day Guarantee): If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to return or exchange it within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt for a full refund or replacement moic.gov.bh.   • General Returns and Hygiene Policy: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.   • Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging (unless it was received damaged) and in the same condition that you received it.   • Refunds and Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds for approved returns will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain processing time – typically refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies. We will keep you informed via email about the status of your return and refund. If you exchanged a product, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible (subject to stock availability) and provide you with new tracking information.

  • Exceptions: Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items may not be eligible for return or refund unless required by law. Additionally, any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery (for defects) or without prior authorization may not be accepted. We also cannot accept returns for items that have been substantially used or altered after delivery, except in cases where a latent defect becomes apparent.
