1. Introduction
Nawaem Salon Supplies sells beauty, health, and salon products to both business customers (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C) within the Kingdom of Bahrain. By accessing our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT where required. The final price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Payments
We offer secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience. We accept:

Cards & Wallets: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, BenefitPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay (Processed securely via Tap Payment Services).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders.
Security: We do not collect or store customer credit card information directly.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

Speed: We strive for speed. Orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 2 business days (Maximum 48 hours).
Fees: A flat shipping rate of BHD 1.000 applies. Orders of BHD 20.000 or more qualify for Free Delivery.
Method: Delivery is handled directly by the Nawaem Salon Supplies fleet to ensure quality.

5. Warranty
We provide a 15-day warranty for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Coverage: This warranty applies to both B2B and B2C transactions.
Exclusions: Misuse, normal wear and tear, or dissatisfaction without defect are not covered under warranty.

6. Returns & Refunds

Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase/delivery.
Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Restocking Fee: A 25% fee applies to voluntary returns (change of mind). This fee is waived for defective items.
Method: All returns must be processed In-Store at our physical location in Sitra.

7. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

8. Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy. We only collect data necessary for order fulfillment. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bahrain law, Nawaem Salon Supplies shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively by the competent courts in Bahrain.
