We currently ship to all addresses within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Processing & Delivery Time
We prioritize fast and reliable service.
- Speed: All orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 2 business days (maximum 48 hours).
- Handling: To ensure the highest level of care and speed, all deliveries are handled directly by our own Nawaem Salon Supplies fleet.
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed on the same day.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate fee of BHD 1.000 applies to all orders under BHD 20.000.
- Free Shipping: We offer free delivery for all orders of BHD 20.000 or above.
Payment Methods
We offer secure payment options to suit your needs. We accept:
- Cards & Digital Wallets: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, BenefitPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
- Cash on Delivery: We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
Order Tracking
Since our own team manages the delivery process to ensure speed, we do not provide third-party tracking numbers. However, our customer support team is always available to provide real-time updates on your order status.
Delivery Conditions
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.
- Delivery is available to home and business addresses within Bahrain.
- In-store pickup is not currently available.
