Return Window
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery to request a return.

Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: New, unused, and in its original packaging. You clearly need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Method: In-Store Only
To ensure the quality of our products, we currently accept returns In-Store Only. We do not accept returns via mail or courier services.

Restocking Fees

  • Non-Defective Items: A 25% restocking fee applies to all voluntary returns (e.g., changed mind). This will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, the restocking fee is waived, and you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs
Since all returns are processed physically in our store, there are no return shipping labels or return shipping fees charged to the customer.

Refunds Processing Time
Once your return is inspected and approved in-store, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
