Rosemary oil helps stimulate hair growth and strengthen follicles by improving blood circulation. It also deeply moisturizes hair, leaving it soft and shiny, and regulates scalp oil production, reducing dandruff and dryness. A small amount can be used for massage or daily moisturizing and left in without rinsing. Larger amounts, or when used as a hot oil treatment, should be rinsed out after 30 minutes.
